My sincere condolences on the loss of my cousin. We grew up together in the same apartment building in the Bronx.
I am very sorry to hear about Dr Berger’s passing. I saw him on an almost weekly basis beginning at the age of 7 back in 1970 and going straight through college.
I had a very bad asthma/ allergy condition that he was able to control- and that enabled me to become a lifelong runner.
Almost 65,000 miles later I continue to be grateful for what he was able to do for me and I hope he rests in eternal peace.
