Sarah Morgenstein, 89, of Plainsboro, passed away on January 18, 2020. Born to Mina and Peritz Knauer, and raised in the Bronx, she married the love of her life, Abraham Morgenstein in 1949. Together they raised three daughters in Old Bridge, New Jersey. They ran a successful plastics manufacturing business (Arose Ornaments) together for many years. Sarah continued running the business for 10 years after Abe passed away.
She is survived by her three daughters – Phyllis Hein (Robin), Miriam Dubin, Gail Alba (Dennis), seven grandchildren – Randy Stoolman, Erica Esslinger, Michelle Wikler, Matthew Stoolman, Lauren Carmi, Michael Alba and Brian Alba, and four great-grandchildren. She will be missed dearly.
Funeral services are Tuesday 12 pm (January 21) at The Jewish Center, Princeton. Burial will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge.
