Rhoda Brody (née Dorn)

1932 – 2023

Rhoda Brody died peacefully on February 10, 2023. She was born in Manhattan and lived in Lawrenceville New Jersey and Jackson New Jersey before moving to the Maris Grove community in Glen Mills Pennsylvania in 2018.

Rhoda was a graduate of Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey) and taught elementary school for several years before leaving to raise her family.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband Martin and visited many historical and cultural sites and cruised all over the world.

Daughter of the late Helen and Morris Dorn, she is survived by her husband Dr. Martin Brody; a daughter Dr. Jeanne Brody and her husband William Foley, a son Dr. Richard Brody and his wife Carrie; sisters Margaret Buckner and Brenda Fletcher and brother Martin Dorn. She is also survived by granddaughters Caroline Foley Newell and husband Andy Newell, Juliette Foley and husband James Kelly, and Savannah Brody. Her beloved grandson Seth Brody pre-deceased her. She was also loved and is missed by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and burial will be held on Monday February 13^th at 2:30 pm at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, 545 Eggerts Crossing Road, Ewing, NJ.
