Marilyn E. Levin, of Yardley, PA,  passed away on December 27, 2020 at the age of 83.

Marilyn was a longtime resident of the Yardley area. She grew up in Bordentown, NJ until age 16 when the family moved to Yardley. She graduated from Saint Mary’s Hall in Burlington, NJ before entering The University of Alabama School of Dental Hygiene in Birmingham. Marilyn had a long career as a dental hygienist, first with her father in New Egypt, NJ, later with Dr. Jerry Tucillo in Trenton, and most recently with Dr. Santucci and Dr. Weiss in Trenton.

Marilyn’s past five years were marked by a dramatic decline in health, but she is remembered by her family and friends as an outgoing and boisterous personality, a quintessential “Jewish mother” who worked hard and took care of her family. Through these qualities she earned the endeared nickname “PITA” an acronym for “pain in the…” which she proudly sported on her license plate, and was affectionately know to her grandchildren as “Mom Mom PITA.”

Wife of the late Dr. Lawrence Levin and mother of the late Jeffrey Levin, she is survived by her son Steven Levin, a brother and sister-in-law Robert and Judye Glick, and grandchildren Jonathan, Marc, Samantha and Seth.

Private funeral services and burial will be at Ewing Cemetery in Ewing Township, NJ.
