Laraine Bush

Laraine Roslon Flansburg Bush, 74, born June 17, 1945, of Southampton, NJ, passed away surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

Born in Trenton, NJ to Edward and Charlotte (Sulinksi) Roslon, she grew up in Ewing, NJ. Laraine was a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ, and the Saint Francis School of Nursing. She humbly worked as a nurse for many years at St. Francis Hospital, Belview Care Center, but 30 years of her career was spent serving at Greenwood House Nursing Home. During her time of nursing, Laraine humbly and lovingly served the elderly and believed it was the calling on her life. Her greatest callings were as a believer in Jesus and as a wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Laraine was predeceased by her husband and father of her children, John Flansburg, and later married her second husband, Keith Bush, and gained another son.

Laraine was a woman who loved her family well and considered them to be her greatest accomplishment. Her legacy will live on through her daughter, Jenn, and son-in-law, Tom, and granddaughters, Reagan & Rylie; her son Pat and granddaughters, Savannah & Alyssa, and grandsons, Maurice & Marvin, and great-granddaughter, Melanie; her son, Dan, daughter-in-law, Charlotte, granddaughter, Madisyn, and grandsons, John, Nathan, and Samuel; her stepson Mike Bush, daughter-in-law Kimberly, grandson Joshua, and granddaughter, Katie Sosha (Khaled), and great-grandsons, Azekiel and Malek. She is survived by her sister, Joan Schneider and brother-in-law, Charles, and sister-in-law, Delores Roslon. She is predeceased by her parents and brother, Edward.

Burial will be private. A Life Celebration service will take place 2:30 pm on Friday, October 25 at Calvary Chapel of Mercer County, 80 West Upper Ferry Road, Ewing, NJ 08628. Calling hours will be Friday from 12:30-2:30 pm at the church.  There will be no calling hours at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to New Foundation Addiction Recovery, c/o Calvary Chapel of Mercer County (address above).

Although I truly only meant Laraine one, even though we were neighbors for years, she impressed me with having a warm & loving spirit & great love & concern for her family & God.
