Monroe… Jan Treilman, 76, passed away Wednesday May 8th, 2019.
He was a long-time resident of Pennington, NJ where he was active within the soccer community, as a referee and later on as a member of the Hopewell Valley Soccer Association where he oversaw the annual Memorial Day weekend soccer tournament for over 10 years.

Born in Estonia in 1942, his family left for Sweden during WWII and lived with extended family before coming to the United States in 1953 and becoming a permanent resident.   After graduating High School in New York City in 1960, he attended MIT, were he was a member of the Chi Phi Fraternity and later attended Stanford University.  After starting as a computer programmer, working for various companies, including IBM, CBS, Taft Consulting, GTE and ended his working career as a systems analysis for Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, where he was employed for 25 years.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda Mayer Treilman, his two sons and daughters in law Erik and Randi Treilman, Mark and Lisa Treilman, as well as his three granddaughters Laela, Miriam and Shoshana.

Memorial Services are on Thursday 11AM ( May 16th ) at Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, 1534 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ.
