Harold I. Abramson, 82, passed away Friday January 3, 2020.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a resident of Lawrenceville the past 60 years.
Mr. Abramson was a graduate of Cooper Union College and earned a Master’s degree at Drexel University.
He was a chemical engineer at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers in New York City before retiring.
He is survived by his wife Francine Ferman Abramson, two daughters and a son; Sheila (Stuart) Kaufman, Sandra (Gilbert) Franc, Franklin (Ellen Stamey) Abramson, nine grandchildren Jillian (Hayley), Douglas, Gabriel, Kayla, Breanna, Bridgette, Bradley, Brock and Bruce, one great granddaughter Quinn, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are Tuesday 10:30 AM (January 7) at Adath Israel Congregation, 1958 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville. Burial will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge.
The period of mourning will be observed at the Abramson residence in Lawrenceville.
The family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Adath Israel Congregation, Meals on Wheels, or Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
