Victor Kogan

Victor Kogan of Princeton Junction, NJ passed away on April 30, 2025, at the age of 45.
Victor was born on August 25, 1979, in Lviv, USSR (present-day Ukraine). At the age of 10, he immigrated to the United States with his parents and younger brother, settling in Philadelphia, PA. Over the years, he also lived in Brooklyn, Morningside Heights, and New Jersey.
From an early age, Victor loved being outdoors. He found joy in hiking, camping, skiing, and woodworking, and took great pride in preparing home-cooked meals to share with his loved ones. He was a loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan and had a deep love for bluegrass music and the band Phish.
Victor spent many formative summers at Camp Shomria in Liberty, NY, a place that held deep significance for him, where he made lifelong friends and met his wife, Shay Kogan. They were married on January 14, 2017, at Normandy Farm Hotel and built a warm, loving home together with their two daughters, Mia and Sophie.
Victor was a dedicated and valued employee of SES Americom Inc. where he was employed for twenty years.
He had a generous spirit and a great sense of humor. Relationships were at the center of his life and made him happy. Victor will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and devotion to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by many.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Shay Kogan; his daughters, Mia and Sophie; his parents, Arik and Alla Kogan; and his brother, Eugene Kogan.
Funeral Services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2025, graveside at Ewing Cemetery, 78 Scotch Rd., Ewing Township, NJ 08628.
Shiva will be observed immediately following the funeral and again on Monday, May 5, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the home of Arik and Alla Kogan. The address will be shared at the funeral.
A final day of Shiva will be held on Tuesday, May 6, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the home of Shay Kogan.
