Orland’s has historically served all faiths present in the area.

Beginning in the early 1960’s when Harold Orland first opened his doors,

we have been welcoming and sensitive to the traditions of all religions and ethnic groups.

This includes those who were in this area when the funeral home was established 60 years ago, and those who have become prominent in the area since then.

We are familiar with most funeral customs across the community, and we are eager to learn about and accommodate any tradition or practice.

Our funeral chapel (click for photos), expanded and renovated in 2017, is a large, open and flexible space, quite different from the series of small rooms in many funeral homes.

The foyer and hallways are wide and can accommodate large picture and floral displays which can be perused as guests make their way to the register book.

Once in the chapel, seating for 200 is spread throughout a long room with soft alabaster lights washing walnut-paneled walls and high ceilings.

Because the chapel is long rather than wide, smaller services can utilize the front of the chapel to retain a more intimate feel.

A separate family room beside the chapel is furnished with a leather couch and seats for a private respite or for receiving guests.

Music can be provided through the building supplied by a high fidelity SONOS sound system which can be controlled by wireless.

A large TV monitor is available to play slideshows or video in the chapel or hallway.

Our restrooms and entire building are ADA accessible.

Please call our office to discuss with Joel or Max if you have any questions about how your traditions

can be observed in our chapel or place of worship.
