Dear Stephen and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I loved your Mother’s beautiful spirit, her warmth and compassion and her hilarious sense of humor. She had such a jubilant spirit, and she loved you all so very very much. You are so lucky to have her in your life. She will be very dearly missed.
Dear Stephen, Judith, Janet, Judy, Sophie and Lena,
I know all of you . Because Fredi and I went back a long way . Our friendship began in kindergarten , and included Roz, Chotz, and Leila. We either got together or spoke often on the phone. I have wonderful memories of times shared. She was a positive and caring person. Your family has my deepest sympathy.
Fredi always had a warm smile to welcome friends, and an avid interest in so many things. She will live on in our memories.
I’ve known Fredi and Janet most of my life. Janet was in my high school class; Fredi was a classmate of my husband, Eli Allen. Recently I found their Har Sinai Confirmation picture – Fredi, Eli, Barbara (Biff) Friedman Montana, and Don Papier. I sent a copy to her along with a picture of the memorial plaques of her parents. Fredi was a delightful person, warm, friendly, a pleasure to know. Her family and all of us who knew her carry wonderful memories of her company. Our appreciation to the family who cared for her in these years in North Jersey.
