I am so saddened by your loss. I did not know Frances, but I have had the privilege of knowing the son that she raised. To have been the guiding force in making Norm the remarkable young man he is tells me what a wonderful woman Frances must have been and how blessed you were to have her as wife, mother and grandmother. B’nai Israel Congregation in Baltimore has been privileged to count Norm as part of our family and that makes his parents, sister and all relatives also part of our community. Please reach out to any of us if there is anything that we can do to help you through this time and to honor Frances R. Kaufmann. May her memory be a blessing to all of you. Shelly E. Mintz, President, B’nai Israel Congregation of Baltimore
