LAWRENCEVILLE… Emily Jane Kahn, 84, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
Born in Trenton, the daughter of Morris and Adele Wolff Kahn, she is survived by her brother Robert W. (Gloria) and Sister, Susan K. Ferry (James), and many beloved nephews and nieces. She spent most of her active life in Langhorne, PA, most recently living at Tareyton Estates. She worked for many years at The Yellow Daffodil Flower Shop and was dear to the many clients who sought her beautiful flower arrangements for weddings, proms, and other events. She worked there until her retirement at age 76.
In 2009, she moved to Morris Hall in Lawrenceville, NJ, where she was one of the founding members of the choral group. Among her many activities was bowling and her living room was lined with her trophies. She was an avid reader and had an incredible memory for people’s names, especially the many generations of the Wolff-Kahn families, as well as her friends and former clients.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2 PM in the chapel at Morris Hall, 1 Bishop’s Drive, Lawrenceville, NJ. Interment will be private.
