May God comfort you among the mourners in Zion and Jerusalem.
I am a member of Beth Chaim, and worked with Ed, and considered him a friend. I am so sorry for your loss.
Ed and I worked together at Beth Chaim. I valued his sense of humor and his calming presence. I hope you find comfort in the memories you have of Ed. You are in my thoughts and prayers
I was sad to hear of Ed’s passing. I only learned of his illness recently but did not think it would happen so quickly. Although I was married to him for 5 years a long time ago, we had remained friends. Condolences to the family and all the people who mourn him.
Thank you to everyone who responded! I appreciate your kind words and condolences, and I appreciate hearing about the warm memories people had of my father.

And the frame of mind I’m in
I’m a songwriter, A poet
I’m a songwriter, A poet
And the things I flash on Everyday
They all reflect On what I say
I’m a songwriter I’m a poet
I’m a songwriter, Oh yeah a poet” (Sly Stone)
