Hy was a good man to have worked with at the Delaware Valley Radio Association’s many projects. He loved ham radio. Rest in Peace and 73’s my fellow ham.
Hy was definitely a one-of-a-kind. He will be missed by all his neighbors and there will be a hole in the Richey Place family without him here. We’ll miss his chili and his gifts of energy-efficient lamps!
I was so sorry to hear of Hy’s passing. He was unique. I spent a lot of time with Lanie and Hy years ago, before moving to Florida. I will miss him.
I knew Hy as a kid in elementary school in Teaneck. We were classmates, and I`m sorry to learn of his passing. Condolences to his family.
Hy was a asset to the DVRA and was active in our events and as our facilities committee chair responsible for day to day maintenance. He enjoyed our station W2ZQ and taking his radio out to Mercer park for Field Day.
