Alice Gripman, age 85, passed away on August 9, 2024. Originally from Philadelphia she was one of four siblings. Previously resided in Bensalem and most recently Newtown, PA. She was a graduate of the Philadelphia School for Girls and the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
She was predeceased by parents Samuel and Belle Gripman, Brother Erwin Gripman, Sisters Ruth Radbill and Harriet Schafer. Alice is survived by nieces and nephews Edward Radbill, Philadelphia, Renee Radbill of Horsham and Randy Schafer (Jessica) of Newtown and their children, Samantha and Peyton Schafer.
Alice spent time teaching her passion at the Art Institute of Philadelphia and then later with the City of Trenton school district where she retired from and she also worked for Starr Tours. If you knew her, you knew her love for art, cooking and travel was evident with every conversation.
Funeral services and burial are Monday, August 12 at 12:00 noon at King David Memorial Park, Bensalem, NJ.

I knew Alice and her family on Cliveden Street in Philadelphia during the 50’s and 60’s. Alice designed golf courses and had the models in the garage.Her artistic creativity was amazing! So sorry to read about her passing.
