I knew Bob Moss, builder of Moss Homes in Ewing Township, off of Pennington Road, since 1958. Although I haven’t seen Bob for 35 plus years, I remember him well. Bob rented a small office at 11 N. Willow St., Trenton from my Uncle George Perlman. I started my working career in 1959 working for Uncle George , a brother to my father, Lou Perlman. Bob was always polite and a gentleman. He danced to a different drummer. Wealth accumulation money was not his motivation. Bob was an unforgetteable character.
    Condolences to the Moss family.

I had the pleasure of knowing Bob during his “second career” at New Horizons. He was one of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met. He was an advocate for those people who most would’ve given up on. He believed in building communities that everyone could be a part of. I might’ve been his supervisor but he taught me so much. He used to say he was “an experiment in aging.” He always brought in cake for every birthday, holiday, and minor achievement. He made the world a better place and I count myself as lucky to have shared an office with him

It is with great sadness that I learn of Bob Moss’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at New Horizon Treatment Services for over 8 years. He was a member of my staff but he taught me so much. My fondest memories always center around talks with Bob. A better gentleman could never be found. My sympathy to his family.
