Dr. Marvin Chamlin, age 91, of Yardley, PA and Princeton, NJ, died Tuesday March 3, 2020.
Born in The Bronx, Marvin was a resident of Yardley for over 50 years and for the last 9 years of his life, of Princeton. Marvin was a graduate of Rutgers University and Temple Dental School, and a Captain in the US Air Force.
He founded Dentistry for Children and Adolescents in 1965 which later became Hamilton Dental Associates, with offices in Hamilton Township and Hopewell, New Jersey. Marvin was also a longtime member of Greenacres Country Club.
Marvin was a warm and wonderful friend, and a mentor to so many, but most of all, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be terribly missed.
Marvin is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Marc and Judy Chamlin of Scarsdale and New York, NY and two grandsons, Leland Chamlin and Wyatt Chamlin of New York, NY.
Funeral services are Friday at 1 PM at Adath Israel Congregation, 1958 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, NJ. Burial will follow at Ewing Cemetery. The family respectfully requests that any memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choosing.
