John “Jack” Phillips, age 66, of Ewing, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019, with his loving wife, Jessie, by his side.
Jack was a lifelong resident of Ewing and worked as a supervisor at the Ewing Township Board of Education for nearly 20 years until his retirement in 2015. He was active with Ewing Democrats and was a parishioner of Incarnation – St. James Church. He loved traveling and watching his Philadelphia Eagles and professional wrestling. Jack especially enjoyed going out and listening to local music.
Brother of the late Bruce, Joe and Cecelia Mazzella, he is survived by his wife, Jessie Phillips, two daughters, Rachel Breccia and Elizabeth Phillips, two sons, John “Jack” Phillips and Joel Phillips, a brother, Neil Phillips, two sisters, Ellen Cline and Ronnie Mulrine, a special niece, Jessica Ricketts, and all their significant others, as well as many grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:30 am Friday, April 5 at St. James RC Church, 29 East Paul Avenue, Trenton. Family and friends may call on Thursday, 5 pm-7 pm and Friday, 9 am-10 am at Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, 1534 Pennington Road, Ewing.

I lived across the street on Terrace Blvd when we were kids growing up. He was always such a nice person and I will have our childhood memories to hold on to
He is in Gods hands now and may he Rest In Peace
