PRINCETON… Sanford Zeitler, 84, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in the presence of his daughter, Barbara (Leah) Zeitler . He is survived by his sister Hope Dragoset, his son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Marcie Zeitler, grandchildren Andrew Zeitler, Steven and Diane Zeitler, Lauren Zeitler, Ariel Kendall, Moriah Kendall, Rebekah Kendall, Ezra Shapiro and Amital Shapiro and his great-granddaughter Chaya Zeitler.

Born in Brooklyn, NY.
Sandy graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.A. and Columbia University with
an M.B.A. After military service in the Marines and graduate school, he settled
in Princeton where he founded Princeton Telephone Answering Services, Inc. and
lived there the rest of his life.

He is most remembered by
his children and grandchildren for his upbeat response to the query, “How are
you?” He would respond, even in his hospital bed when he could barely speak,
“Wonderful!” and really mean it.  Those around him felt that
sincerity.  Sandy deeply cared about Judaism, and was an active and
longtime congregant of The Jewish Center of Princeton. The family requests memorial
contributions be made to The Jewish Center.

The funeral will be on Sunday January 7, 10:30 am at
Orland’s Memorial Chapel,1534 Pennington Rd, Ewing, NJ. Burial will follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Glenale, NY. Shiva will be 50 Princeton Ave, Princeton Sun 5-9pm Mon-Tues 8am-9pm. Minyans at 8am Mon-Tues
and 7:30 pm Sun-Tues.
