Non-denominational Funerals

Today, families may wish to hold a non-religious funeral ceremony for several reasons. The deceased may not have been religious, or the family may be affiliated with multiple religions, and it is simpler to hold a non-denominational service. Whatever the reason is, we are experienced in the practice of this kind of service.

Religious figures may still participate, and often a non-denominational service includes multiple viewpoints, reflecting the variety of beliefs of the survivors. Describe what you envision and we will work to make it so. Or if you are unsure of how the pieces will all fit together, let us discuss and guide you toward the service that will pay fitting tribute to your loved one.

We can arrange for a minister, rabbi, priest, or any other religious or non-religious official to speak at the service. In addition, musical performances can be arranged upon request. For those who have served in the military, we can arrange for military honors to be given at the burial or at a memorial service.

Below is a list of local cemeteries with non-denominational sections, appropriate for interfaith marriages or those who do not affiliate with any particular faith.
